The Blueprint Sessions are two distinct 90-minute design sessions — one built for workflow, one built for data — sitting in the space between knowing something needs to change and being ready to build. They exist for businesses that have outgrown how they operate and are ready to design the operational foundation before committing to the build. Before the tools, before the automations, before the implementation — the design happens here.
What Happens When You Build Before You Design
Most operational build projects don't fail at the build. They fail before it — because the design phase got skipped, rushed, or assumed away.
The result is workflow automation built on top of a process that was never actually mapped. A database built before anyone agreed on how the data should connect. A new tool launched into an operation that was never designed around it.

How do I know if this is the right session for where my business is?
If your business information lives across multiple spreadsheets or tools that should be connected but aren't — this is the session. Relational data means information that's linked: clients tied to projects, projects tied to tasks, contacts tied to companies. When that structure isn't in place, you end up manually assembling answers to questions that should build themselves. This session designs the structure that makes your data work the way your business actually operates.
Do I need to already be using Airtable, Notion, or SmartSuite?
No. New designs are platform agnostic — you can decide on a platform after the architecture is designed. If you're already working in one of these tools, your existing structure will be reviewed before the call. If you're unsure which platform is right, that's a conversation we can have at the end of the session.
My information currently lives in spreadsheets — does that work?
Yes — and this is one of the most common starting points. If your data lives in Google Sheets, Excel, or disconnected lists, this session maps what should be connected, designs the relational structure, and gives you a blueprint ready to build in Airtable, Notion, or SmartSuite.
Will my data be migrated into the new structure during the session?
No — and that's intentional. What gets built here is the architecture: the ERD, the schema, the relational logic. You leave with a fully documented structure and a roadmap for what to audit, clean up, and sequence before the build. Migration support after the session is a separate engagement.
